To handle internal employee queries on transport To act as an interface between the drivers and employees on route directions To handle transport vendors.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Good Verbal and Written skills. Good Customer service skills (Soft skills). Good Typing skills. Basic knowledge to work in MS Office and MS excel is an added advantage. To handle Vendor & Employees calls and to resolve queries on transport issues. Knowledge of Tamil / Malayalam/ Marathi- Hindi essential. Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Including Nightshifts)Qualification : Any Diploma / Any graduate
